  • Enumerate and record creditors and associated online accounts
  • Verify all social media accounts and prepare documentation required by each service
  • Ascertain real property holdings and associated documentation
  • Inventory personal property and beneficiaries for inclusion in your estate documents
  • Select a secure, appropriate means to safeguard this information
We will work in close cooperation with your attorney, trust administrator or related professionals to ensure that your best interests are served.

Named Executors
When you assign your executor

When you create a will (and you absolutely should), you need to appoint an executor, or personal representative.  This is the person who is responsible for carrying out the instructions in your will.  Most people ask a friend or relative to assume this role, but this poses several challenges:
  • You need to find someone willing to take on what can be an enormous, detailed and time-consuming task – and one for which they assume financial liability.
  • Often, your executor will be called upon to mediate between family members and other beneficiaries, which can be emotionally draining, particularly if your executor *is* a family member.
  • Most importantly, if your executor is a friend or relative, they will be grieving, even as they try to fulfill their responsibilities.  This makes a difficult job even more challenging.
Rather than burden loved ones, let Orderly Estates be your executor.  We can carry out all the tasks necessary to fulfill and resolve your estate, and spare your friends and relatives that responsibility.

Reassigned Executors
When you are the executor

Many people, when asked by a friend or relative to be their executor, accept that responsibility without fully understanding the nature of the role.  Once the full extent of the responsibility becomes clear, executors can understandably be overwhelmed.  Many have no idea where to begin, and lack the time to acquire that knowledge.

Orderly Estates can assume the role of executor and take that burden from your shoulders.  We resolve the myriad issues that arise in the estate process, and perform the many tasks that you simply don’t have time to complete.
